Limited Tax Representative
If you wish to be represented for import consignments that are in the name of a foreign company then you can use the Limited Tax Representative Regulation. Please contact us for more information.
The Limited Tax Representative Authorisation can be found under ‘documents’ on the right of the screen.

Direct Representative
Since January 2006 there has been a new regulation which allows you, as the importer / exporter, to choose a representative who will declare your import and export consignments. As the principal you are directly responsible for your own declaration! This customs legislation has been adapted the other by member states in which this regulation is already applicable. The forms can be found under ‘documents’ on the right of the screen.
