ATR simplified procedure
By submitting an authorisation, which you can download, you will be able to use the 'simplified Regulation for ATR declaration' which means that the documents already have the Customs stamp applied so that a visit to the customs office becomes a thing of the past.

Regulation rules
This regulation is only applicable if, for the relevant consignment, an export document is also generated by Verhoex. The authorisation must be issued to the permit holder (Verhoex). There is a requirement that all documents relating to consignments to which this rule applies will be archived for 7 years.

Other ATR declaration
If the “simplified procedure” is not used , we can generate an ATR Certificate for you. This has to be presented at the Customs office for the document to be endorsed.

It is necessary to visit the Customs office but we can do that for you if needed!
